How long will my Prescription Glasses take to arrive?
When we dispatch products that our customer ordered, we send them a notification email. We try to dispatch orders received within 10-14 days of the placement of order. However, some glasses can take longer due to more complex lens combinations e.g. varifocals. In certain cases, our opticians might have to contact you in order to confirm certain specifications like coating and tints. Once, the product you ordered has been dispatched, we keep in touch with the EMS who are responsible for delivering it to you to ensure that it reaches you in time. However, in case you have not received your order even after 10 days of receiving the notification email, then contact us immediately. We will try and resolve the issue as early as possible.
What if my Prescription Glasses are damaged?
We strive to send you the glasses you ordered as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. But, in an inadvertent case if your receive it damaged or faulty, please contact us email@example.com. Write to us about the nature of damage and we will resolve the issue for you as early as possible.
What if I have received the incorrect pair or a pair is missing?
In such case mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we assure you that we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
